What is an Agent?

Agent is a person (support representative, or operator) who attends to the help desk operation and provides customer service.

What will happen when my trial expires?

You get 30 days to try HelpDeskSAAS at no charge. If you decide to purchase any of the account resources, you can make a payment through a secure payment link.

Can I keep my data and settings after my trial expires?

Yes. All of your data and settings will continue uninterrupted when you sign up for a paid subscription, and you’ll also be able to add extra settings.

Which payment methods are accepted?
